Hello, 

My name is Laurie Scarth and I am the Founder & Owner of High End Boutique. We are an online international accessory boutique that allows you to shop for a variety of fashion accessories (jewelry, scarves, handbags, etc.) from 12 or more countries!  We have done our due diligence and feel confident we are providing items from a select group of jewelers, designers, & artisans around the world that are known for their high quality & unique style.

High End Boutique is NOT a drop-ship business.  ALL merchandise seen on the website is in our store inventory & has been inspected upon arrival. As you tour our collections the beauty of each country will show itself and you will be able to see clearly the cultural differences in artisan design, craftsmanship, materials, and style.  

High End Boutique was created from a combination of different ideas, and spiritual & creative inspirations. "High End" means different things to different people, but one thing I believe most can agree on is it stands for high quality and you walk away after any "high end" purchase or experience feeling excited, prosperous & often have a big smile on your face!  This is the overall feeling we want to bring to all those who choose to shop HighEndBoutique.com, or those special individuals who are gifted one or more of our items. 

We believe every person, no matter where they are from, are unique & amazing!  Our desire is that High End Boutique will help everyone develop a deeper appreciation for the beauty & value other cultures can offer.  Wearing fashion items from different countries is not only fun and interesting, but it is a creative way to show you accept & respect others from around the globe. Each of us has more influence than we give ourselves credit for and I know together we can make a creative difference for good in this world one day at a time!
